I don't know exactly what brought you here, but something inside you is ready to reconnect with who you are. Maybe you've forgotten what makes you shine, or maybe you're craving a deeper, more authentic connection with yourself.

Whatever the reason, let this be the moment you decide to know yourself more deeply than ever before- because trust me, it is life-changing.


So why on earth would you spend so much energy trying to fit in or be like someone else? You are unlike anyone else on this planet and your uniqueness is your key to happiness and fulfillment.

There have been two distinct times in my life when I lost sight of who I was. Both times, the journey of self-discovery helped me fall in love with myself again. The second time, I wrote down everything that helped me- and now it's all here for you on this very page.


You didn't pop out of your mamma as a carbon copy, you were woven with unique thoughts, ideas, traits, gifts and purpose.

Cause if your identity didn't matter, the universe would have made us all the same.

before you jump into the six steps, grab a journal, your notes app or a scrap piece of paper and reflect on the following:

Every time you uncover something about yourself, capture it! Write it down, journal it, or store it in a digital space. These little nuggets of wisdom are like puzzle pieces that slowly form the bigger picture of who you truly are.

Capture your discoveries

Once you've lived it, take a step back and reflect. Ask yourself the deep questions, sit with your feelings, and really porcess those experiences. This is where the true understanding happens, where all the lightbulb moments. click into place.

Reflection

Life is your classroom, and experiences are the lessons. Dive into the adventures, try different things, and live fully present. It's through these experiences that you learn about who you truly are.

When it comes to reconnecting with your truest, most authentic self (what I like to call your "youiest you"), you've got to master the basics. These are the daily practices that'll lead you back home to yourself:

If you're wondering, :Where the flippity-flip do I even start?" (k, maybe not in those exact words), I feel you. That was the very question I asked myself when I finally admitted I needed to rediscover me.

Figuring out where to begin is like searching for the first piece in a 10,000 piece puzzle. But guess what? We're about to make that corner piece our b*tch!

STEP ONE

If no one was watching or judging, who would you be? What would you do differently?

List 3 things you like most about who you are. If you woke up tomorrow and didn't have them, how would that change the person you are?

What times in your life did you feel fully like yourself? What were you doing and what traits were shining through?

When I completely lost touch with who I was, this is where I started. I felt so disconnected that I could barely find one thing that made me, me. So I began looking back at the times in my life when I truly felt like myself- those moments when I felt alive, aligned and full of life. I dissected those memories, piece by piece, writing down the traits and qualities I was embodying in those moments.

It was like being a detective in my own life, gathering clues about who I really was. And over time, something shifted. Bit by bit, I found all these beautiful qualities that made me who I am and I began to genuinely fall in love with the person I was.

Begin by reflection on the moments in your life when you felt the most like yourself. Writing down a few memories can help you identify these time and what made them so significant. Consider the qualities, traits and quirks that were shining through during these moments. Set aside time to regularly for self-reflection, trusting that the answers already lie within you. The more attention and awareness you give to uncovering your true self, the more you'll understand your innate essence. You'll begin to rediscover yourself piece by piece until that lost feeling simply fades away and you'll start feeling like yourself.

how to practice it

Understanding your core is the foundation for everything else in life. When you know yourself deeply, you can make decisions easily, build relationships that nourish you, and spend each and every day feeling fulfilled, flowy and free to be yourself. This self-awareness gives you the clarity and confidence to walk your own path, so your life is a direct reflection of how you were born to live it.


why it matters

When you're feeling lost, the first thing you gotsta do is rediscover all the bits and pieces that make up the core of who you are. I'm talking quirks, the way you talk, the things you're drawn to, your needs.. all the gooey ingredients that make you, you.

Can you see any patterns in the things that bring you joy? How can you weave similar things & experiences into your life?

Reflect on a day/moment/period of your life when you felt truly happy. What were the key ingredients that made that day special?

What are ten small things that give you a spark of joy when you experience them? Shift your focus this week and find them.

This was a tough one for me because honestly, I hadn't felt true happiness in a long time. I craved that soul-deep joy again, so I started paying attention to even the tiniest sparks. Whether it was the warmth of the sun on my face or a random burst of laughter, I wrote it all down- no matter how small.

Soon enough, I started seeing patterns. The things that brought me joy all had something in common- creativity, beauty, new experiences, cool adventures, connecting with nature, and creating connections with people. Once I saw that, everything shifted. It was like a finally had a roadmap to my own happiness. The more I brought those things into my life, the more natural joy became- until one day, I didn't have to search for it anymore.

my experience

Start by bringing awareness to both the little and big things in your daily life that spark genuine joy. You'll know it's the real deal when it feels like a soul-deep connection. It doesn't need to make sense, and you definitely don't need to explain it with logic- it just is.

Create a list of all the wonderful things that bring you joy. How? Simple: when you're living your life and feel that spark- that soul-level connection-capture it. Journey that sh*t out, or jot a quick note in your phone. As you continue to experience life, your list will grow. Soon enough, you'll start spotting patterns and connections, making it easier to weave more of those joy-filled moments into your everyday life.

how to practice it

Happiness is one of the most powerful guides you have. It's proof that you're on the right path, living in alignment with what's meant for you. The things that light you up aren't random- They've been purposely instilled within you. And when you follow them? That's when the magic happens. You open up space for greater creativity, fulfillment, success and purpose in every area of your life.

why it matters

It's about the little pleasures that make you smile and those deeper moments that fill your heart with lasting fulfillment

STEP THREE

Your gifts, talents and strengths that give your life meaning and purpose.

What things come naturally and effortlessly to me? This week, focus your awareness around your gifs * write down everything that pops up.

Reflect on a time in your life when you felt incredibly capable or succesfull. What strengths were you using in that moment?

What do people often compliment me on or say about me? Any patterns or connections between them?

Being around new people always helps me notice gifts I didn't know I had. Sometimes people you've just met will see right into your heart and call out your gifts before you even realize them. Recently, I've become intentional about listening to those comments, and when I hear things like, "You have such an inviting energy" or " Your smile is so beautiful". I tune in. What I've realized is that my aura,- my natural energy- has a way of making people feel special and seen. And that's something i can use to create a life that's fully aligned with what I'm meant to do.

*Reminder: When you see qualities or gifts in others, tell them! It might just be the encouragement they need to find a little more of themselves.

Think about the things that feel ridiculously easy fro you. Often, your gifts are hiding in plain sight, but they're easy to miss because you assume everyone can do it too (newsflash: they can't!). Ever had people say things like, "You come up with ideas so quickly", "You're amazing with kids", "You're always so cheerful", or "How is your house always so beautiful?" These are major clues to your superpowers. Listen for these clues, collect them, then put them together to form your unique-to-you power. And when you start living with these gifts at your core- everything just clicks in a whole new way, and holy shamoly does life get good.

how to practice it

When you start leaning into those innate gifts, confidence and clarity follow. By embracing what you're naturally good at, you're aligning with what the universe intended for you- opening doors that feel like they were meant for you alone. It's like the universe giving you a wink and saying, "Gurl, this is what you were born to do." And it's not just about success- it's about building a life filled with opportunities for growth, joy, and that deep, soul-satisfying feeling that comes from living true to yourself.

These are the strengths and abilities unique to you that just flow- often so easily that you may not even notice them because they feel like second nature. Think of them as the energies you have consistent and steady access to.

Which parts of your life seem to drain you or leave you feeling out of sync? How can you adjust your surroundings, schedule or mindset to better align with your natural rhythm?

Are there beliefs or ways of living that society says you "should" follow, but feel misaligned for you? How would it feel to go against these norms and follow your true nature?

When do you feel the most energized? What activities, people & environments make you feel the most alive and invigorated?

My life completely shifted when I discovered human design. I learned that, as a Projector, my energy flows differently from the 70% of people around me. My power lies in how I *see* things, not how much I *do*. Realizing that my timing and approach were unique meant I had to go against what I'd always been told and carve my own path. This mindset shift removed the guilt, self-doubt, and anxiety I'd felt for so long, along with that constant sense of "not doing enough".

With this awareness, I began noticing which people, environments and activities fueled my energy and which drained it. Now anytime I feel low on fuel, I have a go-to list of what I ned to recharge and realign :)

my experience

Start by noticing how different environments, people, and activities affect your energy levels. What situations leave you feeling drained or overwhelmed? And which ones invigorate and excite you?

Start tracking these reactions and look for patterns. Once you understand how your energy flows, make small shifts to honour it. This might mean changing your routine, adjusting how you work, setting aside more 'me time', or choosing who you spend your energy with. When you move with your own flow- fulfillment becomes the new norm.

how to practice it

Knowing your unique energy lets you live in a way that feels effortless and true to who you are. When you honour your own rhythm, you stop trying to fit into someone else's mold and start living in harmony with yourself. Flowing with your true nature can ease stress, anxiety, burn out, and the heaviness that comes from pushing against your own current. This creates a balanced life that feels fluid, not forced- opportunities find you, things feel lighter, and peace becomes your natural state.

why it matters

It's about recognizing your own rhythm and how your presence impacts others and your surroundings.

Understanding how you naturally move through life and interact with the world will create a massive impact.

FIND YOUR
PURPOSE

STEP FIVE

This is what you were put on earth to experience, don't ignore it :)

Are there any fears, beliefs or societal pressures holding you back from fully stepping into your purpose? How can you start to overcome them?

Your deep desires are quite literally a guide into your life's purpose. What excited you or motivates you the most when you think about the future? How does that align with your purpose?

When you're being yourself, what impact do you have on the world? (Eg: Do you bring more joy into people's lives? Offer solutions no one else can see? Have the stamina to build/create many things?

I used to really struggle with the idea of purpose. I always felt like i was here to do something that would leave a huge mark- but I had no idea what that was. So, naturally, I dove into books, studied different practices, learned from spiritual leaders, and paid attention to my own experiences and insights. All of it seemed to lead back to the same answer: it's about *who I am* and how I impact the world around me.

When I started following my deep desires, gifts and personality- opportunities and people flowed to me that felt fulfilling and aligned. Like, if I'm in alignment with myself, everything around me aligns as well- forming my own purposeful path that was intended just for me.


my experience

Purpose is as much about being as it is about doing. You're fulfilling your purpose every time you live, breathe, and embody the person you came here to be- the two go hand in hand. When your using your gifts, traits and energy while combining them with your natural passions and desires, you're stepping into your life's purpose (they were instilled in you for a reason!) Perhaps you're here to share your infectious joy, to bring calm and peace, to create beauty and warmth, or to inspire others with your fearless and confident nature. Embracing these qualities allows you to fulfill your role in the world- sliding right into the universe's master plan ;)

Living with purpose brings a unique kind of direction and fulfillment that goes beyond checking off goals or getting through each day. It's about aligning your actions with the core of who you are, making every moment feel more meaningful and satisfying. You are meant to be here, to bring about specific effect in the world. The more you travel your own unique path- the one built just for you- the more joyful, inspired, and deeply fulfulled your life becomes.

STEP SIX

Putting it all together so your life is a direct reflection of who you are!

If you lived every day in full alignment with your true self, what would your life look life? How close are you to that reality now?

Where are you currently out of alignment in your life? What changes could you make to bring yourself back into balance?

In what areas of your life do you feel most in alignment with your true self? How does that make you feel on a daily basis?

I think the biggest lesson I learned through finding myself, my joy, and my purpose was the ability to recognize when I was *not* being myself. I became so self-aware that when the pressures of every day life inevitably came creeping in and began to alter my decisions, my emotions, and my actions- I knew exactly what I needed to do to recalibrate and realign to get back to myself. It's something that I'm still practicing and it feels so good to alter my world to match *me* and not the other way around.
I'm the main character, baby! I write the plot.

my experience

Evaluate different areas of your life- your relationships, career, daily habits- and ask yourself if they reflect who you truly are. Where are you living in alignment, and where are you out of sync with your true self? Make adjustments as needed, choosing actions and decisions that feel authentic and aligned with the person you've uncovered throughout this process. As you practice alignment, you'll notice that life flows more easily, and you'll experience deeper joy and contentment.

Living in alignment creates harmony in every aspect of your life. It allows you to make decisions that honour your true desires and needs, leading to greater peace and fulfillment. When you're in alignment, you move through life with clarity and confidence, knowing that you're living in accordance with what was meant for you.

In this final step, you'll integrate everything you've learned about who you are to live in full alignment with your true self.

Alignment means your actions, choices, and lifestyle all reflect the person you've rediscovered.
